Solid experience overall

I bought a couple of Hookah Bowls last week. Everything went smoothly. Website was easy to use, found what I needed without any fuss. The bowls are good quality, no complaints there. Shipping took a few days, but that's pretty normal. It was a decent experience, I'd probably buy from them again when I need more stuff.

Good shisha, fast shipping

I ordered some Blonde Leaf Shisha. It arrived quickly, about 3 days to my place in Chicago. Quality was good. Packaging was fine. I'm happy with this purchase.

Consistently good service

This isn't my first time ordering from Icon Hookah. I've bought shisha and accessories from them a few times now. This time I got a pack of Natural Coconut Coals. As always, the order processed quickly and the coals got to me in good condition, took 4 days to reach Phoenix. They've been reliable for me, always sending out what I ordered without issues. That's why I keep coming back.

Love my new hookah!

I just got my new Modern Hookah from Icon Hookah and I absolutely love it! The design is super sleek and it smokes like a dream. Setup was easy too. I'm already planning my next order for some new shisha flavors. I will definitely be shopping here again and telling all my friends about it!

Detailed feedback on my order

I placed an order for a new Portable Hookah and some Dark Leaf Shisha. The website was pretty straightforward for ordering, though I had a small question about shipping costs which I found in their FAQ. Delivery took about 5 business days to my address in Florida, which was within their estimated timeframe. The hookah arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble following the included instructions. The shisha flavor was exactly what I expected, very rich. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, the product quality met my expectations and the delivery was efficient. I appreciate the clear product descriptions that helped me make my choice. It was a good first-time experience with them.

Good value for my money

I was looking for a good deal on a Hookah Starter Kit and found one here. I got a decent discount for my first order which made the price very attractive. Shipping was free because my order was over a certain amount, which is always a plus for me. The kit arrived in about a week. It had everything I needed to get started and the quality feels good for what I paid. I felt like I got a solid setup without overspending, which was important to me. Definitely worth the purchase.
